I started using essaysanswer.com in May this year for assistance with some of my assignments. Initially, the Service was average overall, with occasional delays in meeting deadlines. However, since August, the Service has begun to deteriorate regarding returning assignments on time, and the writing style has become mediocre. The last assignment was supposed to be completed by the due date specified, and I paid $175. The staff sent a message at the last minute to notify me that the worker could not meet the deadline and to wait longer, as the assignment had been reassigned to someone else. I ended up finishing the project and asked for a refund. They said they would process my refund, and two months had passed, and they still have not refunded the money. At one point, they said they had transferred the money to my bank account. However, I had not even provided them with my banking information. I have sent numerous messages pleading for them to do what is right and refund the money paid. They keep giving me excuses, from “we don’t have enough customers” to “we don’t have the money right now” and to wait for “another week.” I have not received any refund and doubt I will get it now. They are just giving me the runarounds and excuses to delay the refund. Please exercise caution, and research their website and phone number before using their services. I have filed a complaint with the credit card company with the hope that I may get some money back.
